The owners and operators of the professionalindemnity.net.au website are not licensed or authorised to deal in financial products. All information contained within this website is strictly general in nature and does not take into account the needs and objectives of you or your business.

If you request a quote via our website your details will sent to a third party. The person or business your details are forwarded to has no connection with us besides a referral agreement. We do not employ or contract any of our own brokers or advisers.

Whenever you read the words "our network", "our insurance professionals" or similar we are referring to the insurance brokers and advisers that we refer business to. We are not referring to our own staff.

Depending on the nature of your request we may receive a referral fee of between $2 and $60 when you request a quote. This is irrespective of whether or not you take out an insurance policy.

We cannot recommend or endorse any person or business that we refer your quote request to, nor can we guarantee that they are suitably licensed, qualified, suitable or even able to meet your needs.

You should not act upon any information contained within this website without first seeking professional advice.

You must do your own research not only on the insurance products listed on this website, but also on the suitability of any third party that we refer your quote request to.

We are in no way responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of the insurance broker, adviser or other professional that we refer your details to.
